The Valley and Ridge Gem and Mineral Show
This is the official website of the Rome Georgia Mineral Society, Northwest Georgia’s premier mineral club. It composed of amateur and professional enthusiasts of the various earth sciences, including geology, mineralogy, paleontology, gemology, lapidary, and other related subjects. The club has monthly meetings featuring programs on a variety of Earth Science topics; field trips to collect minerals, fossils and material that can be cut and polished; and an annual gem and mineral show.
